1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Service Descriptions
Clock Repair Of Kauai provides professional clock and watch repair services. We make every effort to accurately describe our services and pricing on our website. However, we reserve the right to modify service descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments for consultations and service work must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final prices may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will always obtain your approval before performing work that exceeds the estimate by more than 10%.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For restoration projects over $500, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
6. Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all workmanship for watch services and clock repairs. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear. Original parts are covered under manufacturer warranties where applicable.
7. Customer Property
While your timepiece is in our possession, we exercise reasonable care to protect it. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage. We recommend you remove any valuable stones or personal items before entrusting your piece to our care.
8. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only. Complex repairs may require additional time. We will communicate any delays promptly. Unclaimed items left over 90 days may be sold to cover storage costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Clock Repair Of Kauai and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kauai County, Hawaii.
