1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality clock and watch repair services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we want to hear from you. Our goal is to make things right.

2. Repair Services

For repair and servicing work:

• If the issue persists after our service and it's covered under our warranty, we will re-service your timepiece at no additional charge
• If you're not satisfied with the repair results, please contact us within 30 days of pickup
• We will work with you to understand your concerns and find a solution

3. Parts and Materials

Returns and refunds for parts:

• Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered
• Standard parts may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
• Restocking fee of 15% applies to eligible returns

4. Deposits and Prepayment

For restoration projects requiring deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
• If you cancel before work starts, the deposit may be applied to future services
• Unclaimed items left over 90 days may be sold to cover outstanding balances

5. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact us within 12 months of service completion
• Provide your receipt and describe the issue
• We will evaluate your claim and provide resolution within 5 business days

6. Exclusions

Refunds do not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or wear from use
• Pre-existing conditions that were not visible or discoverable during initial assessment
• Items not picked up within 90 days of completion
• Services where you did not follow aftercare instructions

Contact us by phone or email with your order details. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
